Is the Supplier Hub free?
Yes. Basic Supplier Hub access is free for suppliers — list your products, receive RFQs, and submit quotes at no charge. Paid tiers unlock premium placement, advanced analytics, and unlimited product variants.
Do builders have to be Build Margin customers to send me RFQs?
Yes. The RFQ flow is between Build Margin builders and suppliers in the Hub. But that means every RFQ you receive is from a builder actively running a project — not a tyre-kicker.
Can I use my existing pricing structure?
Yes. Import your price list via CSV, or set up configurable products with size/finish/options that calculate automatically. Trade discounts and tier pricing are supported.
What about my existing customer relationships?
Your existing builders can sign up to Build Margin and connect with you directly. We don't insert ourselves between you and an established relationship — the Hub is for finding NEW relationships and managing existing ones in one place.
How long does setup take?
A basic storefront with 20–50 SKUs takes about 90 minutes to set up. Suppliers with larger catalogues (500+ SKUs) can import via CSV.
