No. Site Diary, Defects and Compliance stay as their own modules with their own workflows. Tracker links to the records you've already created and surfaces them against the task or phase they belong to, so you can see the full picture without opening a second tab.

Can subcontractors and tradies see the Gantt timeline?

The full phase-by-phase Gantt view is for builders and site supervisors. Trades and suppliers you invite to a phase see their own tasks and dates — scoped to what they're invited to — through the Tradie Portal, without needing a login.

Is Tracker included in Build Margin or a separate add-on?

Tracker isn't a separate add-on — it's built into the Standard and Pro plans as the core project management view. Site Diary, Defects, Compliance and Progress Claims are separate modules that Tracker links to.

Does Tracker handle SOPA progress claims and NCC compliance requirements?
