No. The portal works in any browser. Most clients open it on their phone via the magic-link in the email we send them.
The portal records a timestamped, authenticated approval. Combined with your HIA contract terms, this is the same evidence standard as a signed paper variation form. We recommend builders confirm with their HIA legal advisor for jurisdiction-specific advice.
Progress claim payments via Stripe are on the roadmap. Today, clients can view claims and mark them paid; reconciliation flows through to your accounting export.
